There is no official session, but EARLI 2011 Registration will be open from 1300 hours. This is a great chance to meet up with other delegates, register and explore the venue.
Tuesday 30th August
10.15 – 11.00 Opening Session EARLI 2011, closing session Jure 2011 and Nomination Jure Awards - Peter Chalk Centre, Newman A.
12.30 –13.30 Lunch with Professors – Woodbridge Suite, Reed Hall.
17.15 – 18.45 Presidential Address, JURE Awards, EARLI Awards – Peter Chalk Centre, Newman A.
19.00 - 21.00 Opening Reception – A taste of the West Country – in The Great Hall with cider and beer, other drinks, nibbles, and a Ceilidh and Morris Dancing.
Thursday 1st September

Friday 2nd September
17.00 – 18.00 General Assembly, Peter Chalk Centre, Newman A. Chaired by the EARLI President.
19.30 EARLI 2011 Gala Dinner at The Great Hall with entertainers, live music and delicious food. Tickets to be bought in advance through registration. Last minute bookings may be possible but will depend on availability.

Saturday 3rd September
15.00 – 15.30 Closing Ceremony, Peter Chalk Centre, Newman A. Come and have a cream tea and glass of ‘fizz’ to toast a farewell to EARLI 2011 and welcome EARLI 2013 Conference organisers.
