We are happy to be offer you three great trips in and around Exeter as well as the conference Dinner. The trips are organized by the local committee members who look forward to have a great time with you together with fellow JURE participants.

Sunday 28th of August:
1. JURE Beach Trip to TeignmouthA trip by train from Exeter to Teignmouth – a beautiful English seaside town Teignmouth is about 20 minutes on the train from Exeter St David’s station. The railway line, designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel, runs right along the coast, and is one of the most beautiful in the country. Teignmouth has a large beach, a pier with games and rides, an adventure golf course, a lovely promenade, local boat trips into the bay, interesting local shops, good pubs and cafes and an excellent fish and chip shop. 2. Exeter CruisesBoat trip from the Exeter Quay to the Double Locks Inn. Enjoy a scenic cruise along Exeter's historic canal. As a conference guest, you will be able to reserve a place (58 available) on the 17.30 trip for £6. The boat will leave from The Quay and will stop at a great family pub along the canal: The Double Locks. The Double Locks is situated on the Exeter Ship Canal, adjacent to RSPB wildlife reserves. 3. JURE Evening Trip to a Pub at Exeter QuayMeet up with fellow researchers informally in the evening on the beautiful Exeter Quayside JURE delegates are invited to ‘On The Waterfront’: a large pub and restaurant on the Exeter Quay. Conference Dinner
We are very excited to spend a beautiful evening together, havin a nice dinner. JURE Dinner with 3 courses at 8pm in Holland Hall - bar opens at 7.30.This is paid for in your conference fee, and we strongly encourage you to attend.
