EARLI Conference 2011 – University of Exeter

The 14th Biennial Conference of the European Association for Research on Learning and Instruction (EARLI) will take place in the historic city of Exeter in the South West of England.  The theme for the conference is  ’Education for a Global Networked Society’.

The conference begins on Monday 30 August and runs until Saturday 3 September 2011 and we expect to welcome an international audience of more than 1800 delegates over the five days.

Exciting exhibition and sponsorship opportunities

In addition to being one of the most important international conferences for educational research, EARLI is also the biggest European conference and supports and promotes an active research culture in the field of learning and instruction.

Sponsorship of this prestigious event will raise your profile to key international professionals and institutions and offers you the ideal opportunity to reach current and prospective clients from around the world.

We are pleased to offer a fantastic range of opportunities for EARLI 2011, from conference programme advertising to presidential receptions and the gala dinner. What’s more, you won’t be invoiced for your sponsorship selection until January 2011!

How to sponsor the EARLI Conference

We would be very happy to discuss any of these opportunities in more detail.  Once you have decided what you would like to sponsor, please complete the attached booking form and return it to me before Friday 3 December 2010.

Bookings will be taken on a first-come first-served basis and you will not be invoiced until January 2011. Please note: all sponsorship prices will incur VAT.

It is important to note that once signed, this booking form acts as a binding agreement and cancellation of sponsorship at any time, prior to the event, will incur the full sponsorship amount.

If you would like to discuss anything, please do not hesitate to contact me directly on +44 (0) 1392 724830 or email me at earli@exeter.ac.uk.
